What We Believe

We believe...

That everyone has a Purpose, Plan, & Expectation. It is our Job as a church to help you find it, Here at ALM we believe in the Word that God has given us to help guide us in our walks with God. We are very word heavy in our teachings because we believe that you should read your word, study the word, pray the word, speak the word, and sow the word.  Our vision is to see people saved, healed, restored, and transformed by the Holy Spirit.

Romans 8:28, Proverbs 19:21, John 14:6, 1 Peter 2:24, John 14:26

Bible

The Bible is the Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth. It was written by humans under the Guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is reveals the true beliefs for Christians. The Bible is the Inspired and only infallible and authoritative written Word of God.

2 Tim. 3:162 Peter 1:20-21 , Proverbs 30:5

Who is God?

The eternal existence of God is taken as a matter of fact in the Bible. Many people ask for proof that God is real, but it is a matter of faith; there is no proof that will convince someone who does not want to believe. There is only one God who Eternally Exist in three persons God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost.

1 Chronicles 16:36, John 4:24, John 1:1,

Salvation

Salvation, or "being saved" means redemption from the power of sin. Through Salvation is the only way we can get into heaven. Salvation means being saved from the power of sin and from hell, the eternal penalty of that sin. Through the process of salvation we are freed from everything that could prevent us from enjoying eternal life with God.

Romans 10:9-10, Ephesians 2:8-9, Acts 16:30-31

Baptism

After you accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior, baptism is a way for us to publicly declare our new life in Christ. It also is the next step for any new believer who wants to grow in their relationship with God

Matthew 3:16-1728:18-20, Acts 2:418:12Romans 6:4, Colossians 2:12

Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is here on earth with us and is our direct connection to the Father. The sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit enables a believer to live a holy life. Through the Holy Spirit we can receive our Holy gifting. When you get infilled with the Holy Spirit you receive the evidence of speaking in other tongues.
