The ceremony will take place Sunday, June 25th, 2023 during the morning service.
According to Luke 2:22-24, you are to bring a Special Offering to the Lord which will be blessed. The customary offering is $100.00.
You are welcome to have someone take pictures and/or video as your child is presented to the Lord.
Only those who reserve will be called up. To reserve, please complete the portion below and submit at the Ministry Station no later than one week prior to the date of the ceremony.
You will receive a call or letter to confirm.
A Baby Dedication certificate will be either mailed or given to you at the end of the ceremony.

Water Baptism Request Form

Water Baptism class will be held at 9:00am on Sunday, June 25th.
Please wear dark walking shorts or slacks; no bathing suits or short shorts.
Do not wear white clothing. (Once submerged in water, white clothing becomes see through clothing).
Bring additional clothing attire to change and a towel.
Only those who reserve will be called up. To reserve, please complete the portion below and submit no later than August 10th.

A Water Baptism Certificate will be mailed or given to you.
